Q: What happens to my tracker after I have finished my loan?

The tracker automatically gets disconnected from the system on the maturity date of your loan. You can then visit our offices for its removal if you so wish. It will also not affect your asset in any way if you choose to leave it, but we will not be able to monitor its movement in any way.

For clients who clear their loans before the maturity date or anticipated time, then the tracker will continue working for the duration of the agreement. Upon closure, it becomes inactive.
